毛泽东关于暂时不动富农出租土地问题的电报

子恢同志并告漱石：

四月二十五日电悉。（一）鉴于富农出租地数量不大，暂时不动这点土地，影响贫雇农所得土地的数量也不会大，现在我的意见仍以为暂时不动较为适宜。（二）但你们可根据你们自己的各项意见起草一个土改法令草案，由子恢同志于五月十五日以后中央开会时带来（子恢同志动身日期另外通知），在中央会议上作最后的讨论和决定。（三）如华东局是赞成暂时不动富农出租土地的，则请华东局起草一个和华中不相同的土改法令草案，以便在中央会议上对照讨论。
